You may pay the application fee by credit or debit card through our secure payment method. You may also pay the application fee by cashier’s check or money order.

Review of Application
Once you have submitted and paid the application fee, we will review your application and work quickly to notify you if you have been accepted or rejected. *The applicant is required to verify qualification prior to an interior viewing appointment.

Review of References
Applicants are required to provide 1 year or more of residence history along with the contact information of previous landlords.

Review of Employment
Applicants are required to provide 1 year or more of employment history along with contact information. The background checks will help us determine if applicants would make suitable tenants.

Review Decision
Once the rental application has been submitted and approved, you will be notified and able to confirm approval, accept a back up position or proceed to a different property.
